HELP Please, My Suite Is Creaking !!

This is first time visiting and posting, so treat me gently please

My wood framed chairs and setee are creaking. Any simple and quick tips about stopping the embarrasing creaks? I realise it is likely the dryish central heating to blame, but I need a quick fix to maybe get rid of them just now if possible.

How are all the parts connected to each other?. Guessing that allen nuts is the case then tighten every one as they would have slackened in time.

I somehow don't think that the joints are screwed in place. Can't get to see yet as the whole suite is actually covered.

Sorry to be a bit niave, but don't see me being able to strip it down.
Maybe just have to get a new suite
