Help removing bath panel

I'm trying to remove my bath panel, but it's not being cooperative. I've cut the silicone, and I've tried pulling up it away from the bath from underneath, but it's still not budging. It's got little white things as you can see in the picture, are they what's stopping me from removing it? TIA

Yes, take off the caps and remove the screws.

How does one remove the caps? I've tried with my fingers but they're pretty stuck on there lol

Get a small screwdriver or Stanley knife under it and lift it off.
