Hi.
I have this shower (see picture) and the water pressure is absolutely shocking in terms of the hot water!

The taps, both hot and cold are powerful in the kitchen and bathroom, it’s just the shower that is dreadful, there really is hardly any pressure.

Would anyone know an “easy” fix to this, or is this going to be a very complicated repair? Any help would be appreciated.

My boiler is a Worcester Bosh, and very new, probably 9 months old.

Electrics showers are feeble , your boiler is immaterial as it does not supply the shower .
A plumber could change the current shower to one fed from boiler for better performance .

Thanks for the replies, all.

So, for the benefit of doubt, there is nothing that can be done other than upgrading the shower? Nightmare.

Yes. Your shower is fed mains cold water, which is heated electrically as water passes through the heating elements ,the flow of water has to be slow enough to heat up. It's not the pressure ,it's the rate of flow that's the issue.
If you run it on fully cold ,lower lever fully anticlockwise, you will get a much greater flow.
