Help wiring a new thermostat merossMTS200

I need the help for change the old honeywell thermostat for the new one merossMTS200 , but i dont know how to set up the cable , can someone can help please

What boiler is it? The reason I ask is the Mehross needs a permanent live and permanent neutral, and if that's not being supplied it won't work

Black = neutral
Brown = Line and com
Gray = N/O

As at @Stuckinarut says the old thermostat will work without a neutral, the new one will not.

I see no reason not to fit an on/off thermostat, but in the main we want to control rooms independently, so the TRV is main control, I would think twice about a wall thermostat which does not link to the TRV.

Have you got the screw touching the wire in the terminal and not on insulation? That link wire is dangerous. Also is the boiler on?

The power is fed from the boiler, so unless you switch on, then it won’t have power. As I stated in post#2, it needs a permanent live and permanent neutral.
