help with Biasi 24S - its cutting out!!!

we have a biasi 24 s combi boiler - the problem is that when you call for heating the boiler cuts out. The boiler cuts out NOT upon reaching temperature but when its cooling down! The reset button then needs to be reset to enable boiler to function again for heating or water!

Any suggestions?
