Help With Boiler

Got a Vokera Linea 24 Had it about 6yrs but now it's started to huff and puff when running hot water anyone know what's wrong with it had it serviced last year.... ASAP Please..Thanks Gez

Probably the gas control module is fecked.

The boiler goes from high flame to low flame very quickly on start up which,I suppose,could be described as 'huff and puff'.

£95 plus trade + fitting which should only take minutes.

Blue Honeywell one,don;t know the part number but do a search for 'ignition module vokera linea'.

I strongly suspect problem lies elsewhere. Circuit board in question usually throws an ignition failure code on digie display

Last one I changed didn't.

Usually the same thing happens on heating and water if that board is US.

There's No code on display it's just the flame on the boiler goes on and off every 2 to 3 sec's when tap turned on

What about heating,does the same thing happen?

Gas valve Ignition module then, almost certain but give Vokera tech a call.They will be able confirm one way or the other on the phone.

This is a common problem on the vokera linea/syntesi

Usually it needs the thermister changing. Boiler thinks the water is much hotter than it actually is.
