Help with damp!

Hi.

We have just recently built a concrete block shed and Although I put the damp corse in I forgot all about putting plastic underneath the floor and now I have damp coming through the floor. I've heard there is some stuff called Thomson Water Seal. Does anyone know if this is what I need? I'm not a pro just a DIYer

Thomsons water seal will not deal with damp coming up through a floor.

How is the shed floor 'damp'?

My shed floor can be as moist as it likes because it is a shed after all.
