Help - with increasing the pressure in my boiler

I have a Ravenheat RSF 820/20 which is showing the pressure below 1. It has been steadily falling for weeks and the heating/hot water is now not working. I can't get anyone out for a few days and have no manual - how do I increase the pressure (no technical terms, i'm a girl)

Its ok. Phoned Ravenheat and a very nice man told me what to do, the pipe I was looking for was behind the washing machine

Did the very nice man tell you how to remove the boiler throw it away and fit a decent one

Would this apply to the Ravenheat 29T - LS 100 T that I'm halfway through fitting
