Help! with my celsia 24 CDi boiler

Arrrh nightmare... hope somebody can help me.

Today we removed a radiator, with valves off, but filled 2 buckets of water! I'm new to this! We then used some hot water, but now there is NO hot water at all, the pilot light will not light and it's making a hideous noise. I don't know where to find the filling loop. Can anybody help a newbie?

what boiler is it ?

They have an integral filling loop and you need a white plastic key to fill it up located underneath the boiler.
