Iam wanting to remove a radiator off the wall and channel the copper pipes up into the wall for wall mounted rad,

can anyone help me with this?

Do i just turn off water and boiler and dismantle the radiator and do the work? also, the new radiator isnt here yet and would i be able to fit cap ends or a join of sorts to allow heating to work without the rad? (after ive wall mounted the pipes)

thanks in advance guys

(i would be frigged without this forum, now i know how the guys feel that I help out with computer, broadband,HDTV issues)

If you put decent quarter turn lever type valves on the cut pipes you can just reconnect later and open them.
But don't be tempted to use cheapo "ballofix" type isolators. They don't stand heating temperatures and are very likely to leak.
