Help with this leak on Vokra compact he boiler

Hello I have been having this leak for few weeks now!
Only does it when heating is on hot water is fine.
Help would be great

Looks like the condense pipe, it probably has an airline crack so would more than likely need replacing. (Unless it's running down from the nut above)

Thank you think it's coming from the bolt.
Will it be easy replaced ?

It might be as easy as replacing a fibre washer, but would advise an engineer to do it as that pipe has flue gases in it too.
