help with worcester condensing boiler

just had a greenstar 24i condensing boiler installed it run ok for a week, the boiler started to shudder for about 3-4 seconds this happens at any time,the plumber who instaled it has run out of ideas, the noise it makes is like a machine gun going off, anyone out there can help me
