Help!

Hi guys , having a nightmare with an old glow worm ultimate 60 ff , customer called and requested visit due to surging fan , turned up same day with new 7 wire 2 fuse board . fitted it , charged customer for part and time . happy days . customer calls next day saying boiler stat not responding and boiler has overheated activating O/H stat , resets when it cools and does the same . I assume that i had nicked the stat pipe or damaged it some how so ordered new stat from internet and got it delivered overnight , just spent a lovley saturday afternoon fitting part to find its exactly the same , ie set stat to min yet boiler continues to run till O/H stat trips when rads are burning hot . Have checked wires to stat and O/H stat several times and they are correct . will call glow worm tech on monday (if I can get through ) would be great if any of you can share your thoughts on it over the weekend ( added problem when there today ) F1 blew 3 times during todays visit , looks like its @ O/H stat on wiring diagram but would like to know what normally blows f1. thanks in advance

make sure the phial is fully inserted with heat sink compound and that you have the connections on 2 and 3 of the control stat.

2 and 3 in correct place ie traced apropriate wires as per wiring diagram , phial covered and all way down, have re posted on combustion chamber forum if any one has any ideas.
