Trying to get onto mail the following message appears

"Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded."

can anybody help please?

completely unistall ms outlook, then re install it (you will loose all your adresses), so copy them to word, then you can copy paste them back

Alternatively, go to www.dll-files.com

This is a site where you can download the most common 'lost' dll files, completely free. Your one is on there. Download it to either a location on your hard drive [ie: my docs] or onto a removable media, such as a CD and load it into the system from there. Might be an idea to save it onto a CD, just in case it goes again.

Yes, just replace the missing DLL. Have a look at this link if you want a product that can identify where DLLs are used etc.
