herman ikon 28t, no hot water

I have a Hermann ikon 28t combi, when hot tap is opened the boiler fires and the water gets luke warm then goes cold, the boiler is still fired, I know this could be diverter, I know you can buy the diaphragm kits for them so couldn't I just replace that or the whole valve, cheers

Lol. Get a fixed price repair from the likes of British Gas or similar, I've heard of grown men, engineers of 30 years break down in tears trying to change one of these.

I've done a few and it's probably the worst diverter job to do out there
