Hi all this the right order for a Pressure reducing value after stop cock

Hi I have below, and going to modify to this to better control the pressure which hits 6.5bar on my garden tap, so assuming higher elsewhere.

Main pipe to house 15mm -> Stop Cock -> isolating value -> limescale filter - > isolating value then rest of system

TO

Main pipe to house 15mm -> Stop Cock -> isolating value -> limescale filter - > isolating value -> Honeywell 15mm PRV -> full bore isolating valve - rest of system
