hi, first post - query on celotex xr3130 floor

hello, intending to convert my internal garage to a kitchen as below, and issues, please say,

(architect making plans, i have also been reading and am going to suggest below to him when we next meet instead of screed floor)

- Floor is 170mm below rest of ground floor, which is solid base (concrete/screed and no insulation but carpet)

- 1 - DPMembrane (not liquid variety)
- 2 - Celotex XR3130 130mm
- 3 - 22mm Chipboard Layer (tongue and grooved with joints wood glued)
- 4 - 18mm Wood Floor floating

 

[Symptoms]

fin - don't use chipboard use exterior grade ply instead.
