Hide cables

Hi all
Has anyone got any idea how I could hide these cables, I looked at scotia being that has a bit of a space behind it but don't think it will be enough.
It has to cover a single cat 5 cable, twin power lead and an alarm cable.
Has anyone got any idea's apart from wood effect PVC trunking.I will use trunking as a last resort.
