HIDING HOLES

I want to replace bathroom fixtures (toilet roll holder, towel ring and shelf). I have found a range that I like which will conceal the existing holes for the toilet roll holder and towel ring, but the coordinating shelf is bigger and will leave the old holes exposed.
I was planning to remove the plugs and fill with matching grout but wondered if anybody had a better suggestion other than replacing the tiles?

I would do as you intend to do, fill holes with matching grout.
The only other solution I can think of, is installing colour coordinated plastic screw caps
