High flow 400 loosing pressure every night

Hi friend has the above boiler that drops pressure every night I have checked the vessel pressure and it's okay doesn't appear to be any leaks also nothing from the blow off, can run okay from 5 am going off and on all day till going off at 9.30pm , in the morning it's back down to 0, also the flow and return run horizontally away from the boiler about 450mm off the floor, so looking at the pipes there doesn't seem any way to air the pipes from the pump out, as the pipes rise inside the case to the top and then along to the rear and then out so I would have thought auto air valve on that leg.

Any help ?
