High-level fridge

Does anyone know off hand of a small fridge (undercounter sized) with an internal freezer compartment that is capable of being mounted in a high level unit? This is so as not to bend down when opening the fridge. Something like this undercounter fridge in size but capable of being fitted in a high level unit.

Left hand side make selections.
Bear in mind that as long as the unit is designed to be 'built in', you can lower or raise the shelf within the cabinet that it will sit on, you could also get different size doors to fit the cabinet so as to hide gaps etc.

Some call them in-column, others built-in, others eye-level. One name would be better. I saw this which is well priced, a Smeg:

I checked J Lewis and they do not have an in-column with a freezer compartment.

I did a Google and Smeg tend to have bad reviews. Are their fridges that bad? Where are they made?
