high pressure

have got a vokera compact combi boiler water pressure keeps rising up to 3 bars .We drain water to lower it but a few hours later its the same.There is no air in the radiators.Although we have drained water from the system(lots of) how come the system isnt empty by now can anybody help

sounds like that the filling loop is passing water when it is turned off.
Try filling the system to the correct pressure and disconnect the filling loop and see if the pressure increases then.
 
disconnected loop not that ,can we run the heating with the hot water switched of to see if its the pinhole thanx for helping been driving us potty
