High Water Pressure on a Vokera 28 Maxin Combi

Hi

I have a 10 Year old Vokera Maxin 28e.

The boiler is working ok but the water pressure is up to 3Bar +. I have tried draining the system to relieve the pressure but it will gradualy rise back up to the max. I have changed the filler loop in case it was letting by but the problem still remains and the pressure relief valve is constantly dripping outside.

Any Ideas on what it might be. Am I damaging the boiler by not getting this sorted.

If the water isn't getting in through the filling loop the only other place it can get in is through the Plate Heat Exchanger.
If it still rises with the filling loop disconnected you will need a new PHE.

Does this mean a new Heat exchange?

I see 2 listed in parts

I main and 1 domestic i think?
