Hinge type used on original 30’s timber casements? Pic added

Hi, I’m undergoing a bit of a chore in stripping back the original timber framed casement windows in our 1930’s home. That aside, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the upstairs side hung opening casements are fitted with what looks at first glance like a T hinge, however, once the years of paint were removed I was presented with a second pivot point which allows the window to almost fully swing back around (for cleaning I assume since this type of hinge is not present downstairs).

I was just wondering if anyone knew the name of this type of hinge?

Hi foxhole, thanks for the reply but that’s not right type of hinge I'm afraid. They say a picture says a thousand words so I've attached an image.

I've looked around using google etc and cant seem to find the name, I just thought some well seasoned joiners might know the name of them. I think replacements would require a new search in google for 'blacksmith' .
