Hinges for hanging internal doors

Would appreciate advice/guidance on this issue...

I'm about to order some internal doors. They are manufactured from engineered board (of some kind) covered with real wood veneer. Each door weighs 30kg.

Question: Can I hang them with two, four-screw hinges (i.e. strong 102mm bearing hinges) rather than three, three-screw hinges (i.e. strong 76mm bearing hinges)? Probably all grade 7 or above.
