i have a 14.4v combi drill dv 14dmr and a impact driver wr14dmr both hitachi three 3ah bats and 2 3.3ah ni mh bats and all of them wont hold a charge the tools are only 16 months old and the retailers dont want to no and hitachi themselfs wont answer my emails to replace these batteries would cost me a fortune any ideas.
