Hope somebody may be able to help me

I have stripped down my old propane gas cooker and have made it into a hob only
(its basically exactly as it was but without the grill and cooker below).

If you look at the picture below you will see the pipework for each hob burner, also you will see the valve for the Grill and oven, my question is would it be ok to remove the grill and oven valve completely or does this in some way regulate gas to the hob burners.

Hope this makes senses
also I know it looks a bit heath robinson but please spare me the comments. also what pressure should i test for airtightness after (if ) removing valve
