home automation/replacing a honeywell ST6400 controller

Hi guys,

I'm an home automation geek so obivously need to automate my heating and hot water controller, I want to replace my honeywell ST6400 controller with an IP based wifi enabled controller. My system uses radiator thermostats so I can't use wifi enabled thermostats to control my heating. Is there someway to automate my system?

Any advice would be most welcome
