Honeywell ADE Gen4

Hi all, i'm new to this forum and have a quick question if
Anyone can help. I have just had a honeywell Gen 4
Installed in my apartment and although the alarm works
Great the beeps from the keypad are to loud. When i set
The alarm at night it wakes up my girlfriend. Is there a
Way to make te keypad silent?

Not for entry tones.
How else are you to know it is set?

As for setting you can silent set, you need the manual and engineering code. Then make the setting silent.

If you have neither then you need someone in to assist.

thanks for the relpy, i had a local electrition install the alarm so i can get the engineer code off him, i also have the manual and i read it cover to cover and there is no where i can see where it lists how you can turn the keypad to silent.

i dont use entry tones, i just need to be able to set and unset the alarm quietly rahter than with load beeps.

see prog choose 1,2 or 3 depending on which setting you need to make silent set press 6 for exit mode press 4 for silent set.. this is done from engineer programming
