Honeywell BDR91 to Hive

So just wired the system up again and thought I would try pressing the hot water boost button. The boiler fires up. This shouldn’t do this though as it’s wired up for the single channel?

what’s your thoughts on this?

Post a photo of receiver please. Has it been setup wrong in menu? Boost on thermostat?

I have a Worcester combi boiler so just using the single channel.
You plonker no wonder it is not working , you have a DUAL channel Hive not the single channel as you said, Brown wire from 3 gets moved to 4 and the grey wire in 1 gets safely isolated as the dual channel has internal links this is not needed, if that doesnt work put the grey wire in 4 and isolate the brown wire

UPDATE LADS
You’ll be relieved to know I took the dual channel system back and got the correct one.
I’ve installed it and it’s working perfectly!
You can all sleep easy now
Appreciate the help!!
