Honeywell CMT921 Thermostat

I want to replace an old dial Drayton Room Thermostat with a Honeywell CM921 Wireless Thermostat.

The Drayton has 4 wires Blue connected to the Neutral, Red to Live, Yellow to terminal 3 & an Earth.

Can I use this exsiting wiring to connect the new Honeywell Relay Box? If yes, where would the wires go? The Relay box has 6 terminals N L L A B C.

Any help would be much appreciated!

That wont work because the stat needs a 230v permanent live, and the cables where the stat is are probably switched by a timer.
