I have recently fitted this unit. It appears to be simple, but it puzzles me in its operation!

The user guide seems easy to follow as it is a one page pictorial.

As an example, at rest the unit shows the actual room temp. ie. 19C

If I wish to raise the room temp to 21C, all that should be required is to press the + button until the 21C is flashing, then release it. It should now call for heat?

What I am experiening is. On pressing the + button to 21C, on releasing it, it should revert to the current room temp, which is still 19C, but it doesn't! It seems to be jumping around! Infact I have to raise the call temp by 4-5 degrees to get it function!

Has anyone experienced this problem, or am I not understanding how it works? Maybe a batch of iffy ones?

Thanks
Alan

Check the batteries perhaps theymay be on way out. Fitted loads of them and never had a problem with them .

That seems to have done it with new batteries!

Of the 2 x1.5v batteries which are included. One was 1.0v. I will keep a check on things.

Thanks
