honeywell gas valve?

I have a thorn apollo 15/30b which does not fire up when required, the motorised valve is brand new, as well as the cylinder and room stats, the motorised valve moves as it should but the pump is not running.
I checked supply to the pump and there is none, I traced back to the wiring centre and there is also no power to the pump and three way thermostat switch.
I then checked for power supply from the honeywell gas valve and there is none?

Does this point to a solenoid failure in the valve?

Any advice would be truly appreciated.

Stop messing and leave it alone, call in a professional
