Honeywell Optima Compact G4 Programming?

I've installed and programmed the above alarm, activated and de-activated the zones and programmed the 3 part set programs.
When entering the 4 digit set code it wont illuminate the 3 red program led's (representing prog 1,2 & 3) on the keypad after entering the 4 digit set code and pressing program.
I can enter the 4 digit code and omit zones and it sets ok.
Hope I've explained my problem ok and hope someone can point me in the right direction thanks.

That's correct, it just goes straight into alarm setting mode ignoring my pushing the prog button.

Don't fit these , but double check your programming you may not have programmed part set functions correctly?

Thanks you could be right Handymanjo.
I found another thread on here from a few years ago reporting a similar problem and one of the answers was that the exit modes needs to be programmed in the 3 programs.
Will try this next week, fingers crossed.
