Hi, I recently bought a property and it has the smartfit system insalled - can anyone tell me if they know what the F12 fault is as it cuts out the system when the boiler tries to fire up

communication fault between room unit and base unit.
thankyou - any idea where to buy a new one if i need it
You can try powering the whole system down and then on again.Failing that its a new room or base unit.Not much help I know.I assume the wiring has not been disturbed?
the fuses had been taken out plumber put them back in again but fault is there - not sure if wiring was ok to start with as the property was reposessed
