I am going to change my controls to include a roomstat. Currently I have pumped heating and hotwater and two two port valves. From looking at the sundial S schematic I cannot see any provision for a boiler overrun circuit ( my boiler is a potterton suprima) have I got the wrong end of the stick?

If you are just adding a stat, where does the pump overrun come in!?!

The suprima does require a pump over run. Instead of the pump and boiler being connected in parallel, the pump is connect directly to the boiler. You can common the neutrals if this is easier, connecting just the pump live to the boiler.

As the boiler has pump overrun it will require a permenent live supply aswell as the switched live 'fire'.

Thanks Lectrician, I was just looking at the wiring diagram trying to make sure I understand how everything works and where the stat should be fitted before doing the job, when I thought 'what about a boiler overrun' which is not on the wiring diagram
