Honeywell TRV valve numbers?

Does anyone know what the numbers on the Honeywell TRV valve body mean, see pic. The numbers spin freely.

Usually they would be manufacturing date markers, not entirely sure with those though.
I’m a bit stumped as there is no indication on any of the numbers and I can freely turn the disc the numbers are stamped on.

Balancing adjustment
You could be right. I have had another look and I can screw to the numbered disc in and out.

Edit: @danfre is right, its an integrated balancing insert. Now I need to figure out if it is being used to balance the radiator or if the lockshield is doing the balancing.

Ah yup, that makes sense, wouldn't see the need though, all that would do is complicate matters IMO.

Sticking to the lockshield for balancing and that way the next person follows the standard too and knows where it's at.
