Which Honeywell TRV?

I'm after a basic Honeywell TRV and I've whittled it down to Honeywell VT15 or Honeywell VT117E. I can't seem to tell the difference between them besides the aesthetics.

Are they basically the same functional TRV?

What are the differences?
