Hi, my honeywell boiler was only 0.4 pressure, when I try to fill the system the water comes out the overflow outside the house? Anyone know why?
honeywell will not pressurise?

Honeywell boiler? Thats a new one on me.
Honeywell don't make boilers, take another look. Lots more detail needed here, could you get a pic or two up?
ok, maybe its not honeywell. But thats not the point, why would the water on filling go straight out the overflow?

if you cant be bothered to at least post what boiler you got, I cant see many rushing to tell you what is wrong with your system

ok, just found out its a saunier duval if that helps.
How high does the gauge go? Either it's just the PRV or the gauge is faults and you're actually putting 3 bar in.
No it does not help What model boiler? What you are doing? What the boiler is doing? as requested more info needed.

ok. its not actually my boiler its my next doors she very old and im trying to help. Its hard to get access as she is nearly blind and doesn't know who anybody is, once I go round it takes half an hour to get out.
Her manual says turn the two blue knobs under the boiler to fill, I can only see one? when I turn it water runs and comes out the pipe outside.
