Hoover freedom red light flashing ?

Hiya we bought a Hoover freedom few months ago but after only having it a few weeks it stopped working. It started to flash red ? We cleaned the brush but it was still doing it so we gave up and its been gathering dust in the living room for a few months now . Anyone know how we can fix it please thankyou

We've cleaned it removed stuff and it's still doing it

can you see all the way through the pipe?

have you done all this?

Havent checked to see if we can see right through the pipe but I will now thanks

Right I've checked and you can see right through the pipe its completly clear

Sounds like it is time to take it back for a warranty claim. I presume you have washed & dried the filters thoroughly.
