hoover hw160m washer/dryer

my machine is a hoover hw160m washer/dryer it tripped the mcb and rcb in my consumer unit and had a slite rubber burning smell coming from the machine.

now the machine has power to it but when it is switched on it turns the drum a little and the door locked light flickers and it does not take in any water.

came someone give me any advice on how to solve this problem
