Hello

washer dryer is not spinning or washing , no drum movement ( pump is working & power is on).
The drum belt is still on and drum rotates manually any advice ?

best way to remove & check brushes on this machine, the motor maybe under drum ? Tilt/tip onside and disconnect water hoses ? Are the brushes generic or need full part number ?

You should be able to get at the motor by removing the back plate. There ought to be a bottom plate on this machine but I am not sure if it is removable, you'd have to check. You can lean the machine against a wall, or lay it carefully supported by some timber, stool or similar..but don't turn it upside down!
