Hoover logic washer/dryer 1300

Does everything but wont spin but just ambles around at the spin stage. Any advice please.

if the motor is turning on the wash,check the pressure chamber on the back of the tub backplate.

Thanks. I did check that and it is clear as is the small tube from the top of it. The motor also seems to be working ok..
