Hoover Nextra 6 washer dryer - not drying

Hi.
Just wondering if anyone's had this problem:
My Hoover Nextra 6 washer dryer washes ok, but will not tumble dry.
It goes through the motions of the drying cycle, but the clothes are still damp & cold when it's finished. Seems there is no hot air circulating.
I've tried a hot tumble & low tumble cycle, but it won't dry on either cycle.

check the heater and stats on the heater box some you can reset.
