My Hoover Nextra washer dryer stopped about 5 mins into the cycle, the delay start and start light flash on and off 11 times. I have read that this is error code 11, faulty dryer, but this is happening even when on a wash cycle, not drying. I have had problems with the dryer before (drum spinning but no heat) but this has been solved by cleaning out fluff from the condenser and re-setting the thermostat. I have never had the error code before.
Any help would be appreciated.
