Hoover Optima OPH147 Fault Please Help!!!

The door security light flashes along with the 3h and No Spin Light it only flashes once .

I have to turn the washing machine off for the door to unlock and if I'm lucky when I turn it back on again I can run a wash please help it would be much appreciated , I can upload a picture if required .

Yes, upload a good photo of the control panel. And also check the model number again (on the door sticker). Is it OPH147-80 or OPH147/2-80?
Normally error codes on these models are indicated by the first option LED on the top right. It should flash in a repeating sequence & could be any number from 1 to 18.

Is the first option LED on the top right flashing in a repeating sequence?
