My washing machine goes through all the processes of a wash but the drum doesn\\\'t move. I can hear the engine going - washing, spinning, etc, but the drum stays still.
It\\\'s a fairly new machine (out of warranty though) and hasn\\\'t had a lot of use.
I think I have overloaded it recently, would have that damaged it?
Is there any way I can fix it myself?
