Can anyone help me? Tumble dryer has stopped working - no power it seems at all to appliance, taken off lid thinking there may be a thermostat re-set button but cannot see one anywhere? On off switch seems a bit sticky doesnt sound like its going in properly? But if I held it in surely power would go to machine? Any ideas anyone? I have tried the obvious plug and fuse etc. Need a mans help. Cannot afford huge call out for maybe a minor thing I can fix - I am very handy and there seems to be very few aprts inside- sure I can fix new one if I know what to fix?
Many thanks
Jennifer

It is difficult to be specific, but the door interlock switch would be my first suspicion.Does the door latch properly when you close it, does the handle go back to the same position that it is in when the door is open? If you press on the door in the area of the handle does that make it work when switched on?

Hi JJ Thank you so much for taking the time to answer, door catch is not a handle so just plastic pointy bit that goes onto hole and yes that is fitting ok. The only area I am thinking is push in button to start it is not really clicking on - off it pushes in but comes sort of straight back out. but it felt like this for ages and it still worked, also I tried holding it in and turning plug on and still no lights came on ? but could it be that? if not is it just a blown something or other -(sorry about terminoligy) but I can see all parts and I am sure if I locate the right faulty part I can replace easily?.
Thanks again
Jennifer

Sorry Jennifer, but that is the hard part & I am not experienced enough with your model to be able to pinpoint the fault from afar :(
