Hoover Wash & Dry 500 padlock LED flashing and cycle not starting

My H Wash&Dry won't start any cycles. The door clicks closed but whenever I try and run any wash cycle the padlock LED flashes and nothing happens.

The interlock has been replaced but the problem persists. Any ideas appreciated!
