Hoover washer new wave 1300

During wash cycle after a few rinses all panel lights start to flash,( same
as when spin cycle goes out of balance). Switch off/on set to prog 12
rinse and spins fine. Have used just water with same effect. As anyone any ideas where I might start, to find the fault?
